Is ‘Sustainable tourism’ an eligible focus area?
Answer: Sustainable tourism does not belong to nor is it directly related to any of the six stated focus areas (Guidelines under the heading ‘2.1.3 Eligible Actions: Actions for which an application may be made’). Therefore, proposals dealing with this theme might be considered not relevant to the focus envisaged for this Programme by the evaluators. Please keep in mind that the relevance of a proposal is of crucial importance when being evaluated.
