Project on adaptation of production technology using recycled paper and other materials

Hi,
I would like to have a partner in France or UK in the adaptation of the technology of production of recycled paper and composite materials with paper and plaster or cement (boards and pannels). the project would contribute to valorize huge quantities of waste paper or saw dust in cameroon for the sustainable use of this material.
I am a research officer in MIPROMALO, the local materials promotion authority of Cameroon specialized in research and development in the domain of construction materials. My field of reseach in hydraulic binders.
