Clarification with regards to the eligibility of international organisations

We have received many questions concerning the eligibility of international organisations. To clarify the eligibility criteria a Corrigendum has now been published. You can find it in the How to apply section on this website together with all other Call documents.

The Guidelines state that in order to be eligible for this Call for Proposals you must belong to any one of the categories mentioned in the chapter 2.1.1 “Eligibility of Applicants: who may apply”.  Whereas there is no change on the categories a, b, c, the Corrigendum now specifies for category d) that consistent with the Financing Agreements that are one of the legal basis for this Programme

the regional organisations or regional inter-State bodies referred to here, are exclusively the African Union and regional ACP organisations or groupings such as ECOWAS, SADC or CARICOM among others.
