  1. Dear Andrew Mancey,

I am potentially interested in collaborating with you under the ACP-ST call for proposals.

I am working in CTTC (Centre Tecnològic de Telecomunicacions de Catalunya) which is a non-profit R&D centre based in Barcelona (Spain), focusing and specializing in applied research and transfer of knowledge in telecommunication systems. There is a number of PhD students, junior researchers, research engineers and senior researchers delivering top class research in all layers (RF, antennas & microwave, DSP, MAC, IP) of state-of-the-art telecommunication systems.

I am particularly interested on developing a wireless broadband internet access project using the WiMAX protocol. Other potential fields of collaboration (within the ACP-ST framework) could be distance education and training.

I would be glad to here back from you.

    Best regards

    Nikos Bartzoudis
